The Wills Point ISD Growth Management Bond was developed
with the input of taxpayers, parents & grandparents.

“For generations, Wills Point ISD has educated our students on the values of our small town – and we do the same thing with the management of our tax dollars. That’s why during the development of the November bond package, we sought out and listened to the input of parents, grandparents, business leaders, and taxpayers. Much like the curriculum we teach, we also want our financial and spending priorities to be based on the advice and direction of our entire community.”

A proactive approach to managing our fast growth.
Wills Point ISD is expected to grow by more than 1,000 kids over the next decade – an increase of 35%. That’s a lot of eager new students for our limited classroom space.
The proposed Growth Management Bond Package was based on input from our community, representing the expectations of our families and taxpayers. This valuable feedback, along with the months our district leaders spent reviewing financial data, academic needs, and student growth, helped develop a comprehensive approach to addressing our rapid growth with capital projects. It should be noted that 100% of the bond package will go toward managing student growth in every school.
